Talking About Anxiety
One of the worst things about anxiety is how it makes you feel alone and like everyone hates you. The important thing to remember is it is your anxiety talking. Ironically, one of the best things you can do to alleviate anxiety is to talk about them.

Someone on Your Side
You need to feel like you're not alone and someone else is on your side. One of the ways you can do this is by simply telling someone how you feel in the moment.
You could also try and explain to someone close to you what you need from them. This could be something small, like just lending a listening ear sometimes or texting to make sure you're okay. Or it could be something bigger, like explaining that you don't want to walk into an event on your own, so perhaps they could meet you beforehand and walk in.
Be Patient!
You have to be patient with the people around you. They might try to help and say things that are potentially not helpful.
For example, they might tell you to just stop worrying about it — which as we know, is not possible.
It’s All About Support
Having a good support network around you is one of the most important things. Sometimes it's nice to know people understand what you're going through, even if they haven't experienced it themselves.
